Alec R. Marquis, Director
Alec Marquis graduated from California State University Chico in 2018. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with an emphasis of Public Affairs, and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. During his time there, he joined the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, where he participated in many philanthropic events.
Alec was actively involved in food drives for the Feeding America Initiative, volunteering at local food pantries, as well as the Oroville Evacuation Center during the Oroville Dam Crisis of 2017, where 180,000 people were evacuated.
During his senior year with Lamba Chi Alpha, Alec was elected as Vice President and served on the executive board.
In 2018 Alec was elected to the board of directors of The Jewel Levine Foundation. Currently his primary responsibilities are website development, digital marketing and managing the social media platforms for the Annual Crawfish Boil and July 4th 5K/10K Run.
